Stepping in front...
As photographers we are always BEHIND the camera... but every once in awhile we jump in front. With a little encouragement from Jade, I jumped in front. I was very hesitant but she pushed me and I cried when I saw the gallery. We are our own worst critics and I have battled with self love, self doubt and poor body image for as long as I can remember. Especially after having kids. When I saw these photos though, I said out loud "WOW, I am so mean to myself for no reason, who is that!!!!?"
I am telling you right now. If you have a chance to do an empowerment shoot (whether its with me or not ) DO IT!!!!!!
Seeing yourself from another perspective is so uplifting and empowering... I will never forget this one. <3
